Introduction: Simple Chocolate Muffins - Ready in 20 Minutes!

About: Creating new recipes is one of my favorite things to do in the kitchen. There's something so exciting about experimenting with different flavors and techniques, and seeing how they all come together to create …

If I want something sweet quickly, then I make these chocolate muffins. The batter comes together in a 5 minutes and then it's just a matter of pouring it into muffin tins and baking for 15 minutes. The result? Perfection! To achieve the lightest, fluffiest muffins, it's key to avoid overmixing the batter.

Step 1: Mixing Dry Ingredients

In a bowl, sift together the dry ingredients (1.5 cups of flour, 5 tablespoons of powdered sugar, 5 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 2 teaspoons of baking powder) and then add the chopped dark chocolate and ground hazelnuts.

Step 2: Mixing Wet Ingredients

In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients (1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar, 1 cup of milk, ⅓ cup of oil, 2 eggs, salt) until well combined.

Step 3: Preparing the Batter

Combine the dry and wet ingredients without overmixing, using a whisk is the best method.

Step 4: Filling Molds With Batter

Pour the batter into muffin cups, leaving about 1 cm of space for them to rise. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C with fan for 15 minutes. Let the muffins cool before serving. Enjoy!
