Step 1: Join Quiling Strips. Using Quilling Tool Roll Them to Loose Coil

Step 2: Press Gently at Both the Corners

Step 3: Make Coils of Different Sizes and Place Them in a Paper

Step 4: Make Two or Three Layers

Step 5: Make Fringe Patterns to Place It at the Centre

Step 6: Our 3D Quilling Flower Is Ready for Decoration
