Introduction: Strawberry Nutella Cheesecake Griller
This sandwich is delicious and easy to make!
Brioche is a sweet buttery bread that gives this sandwich the flavor and texture of a pastry.
The zingy cream cheese and tart strawberry jam pair perfectly with the rich chocolaty Nutella.
Don't skip the powdered sugar dusting at the end.
It takes this sandwich to the next level!!
• skillet, preferably non-stick
• cutting board
• kitchen knife
Step 1: Gathering Ingredients
For this recipe you will need:
• 2 slices Brioche bread
• 3 tbsp cream cheese, room temperature
• 1 tbsp Nutella
• 1 tbsp seedless strawberry jam
• 1 tbsp butter, room temperature
• 1 tbsp mayonnaise
• 3 tbsp powdered sugar
• mix together butter and mayonnaise
Step 2: Assembling the Sandwich
Spread cream cheese gently on one slice of bread.
Spread jam on top of cream cheese.
Spread Nutella on the other slice of bread
Put the two sides together.
Step 3: Grilling
Spread butter/mayo mixture on both sides of the outside of the sandwich.
Cook in skillet on medium heat until golden brown using a spatula to flip the sandwich.
Check sandwich frequently for browning. Brioche browns faster than regular bread!
Step 4: Plating
Let your sandwich rest on a cutting board or plate for about 5 minutes. This will help the filling to not squeeze out when cutting.
Cut the sandwich however you like and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serve with ice cold milk for a decadent treat!
