The Billionaire

This is Barney dressed as The Billionaire. I bought the jacket,shirt and tie from the thrift shop. The jacket was a womens xs jacket, the shirt was a dress shirt in a toddler size and the red tie was a mans tie. Below I drew out directions on how I deconstructed the jacket and the shirt and how I put it back together to fit a dog. The wig was a long hair blonde wig. I just cut out a piece and tied an elastic band to it so it strapped on his head like a birthday hat would. Hopefully the directions below would help you make your own billionaire outfit.
