Turmeric and Honey Mask at Home

A research from Journal of Molecular Histology report that turmeric contain many anti-inflammation and antioxidants properties that will promote skin healing and prevent scars.

Honey is one of the popular solution for skin care. Honey can use for removing skin tags or blackheads as well. According to many experts suggestions that honey can soothe whooping cough and sore throat effectively.

Step 1: Ingredients

1 teaspoon of honey

1 teaspoon of turmeric powder

1 teaspoon of yogurt or milk

Step 2: Preparation

• Put honey and yogurt into a bowel.
• Add the tumeric powder with the mixture then mix together.
• Make sure it is a firm paste to make sure it will stick to your face

Step 3: Application

• Wash your face with clean water then let it dry completely.
• Apply the turmeric mask all over the face and leave for 20 minutes.
• Wash it off with cool water to make sure the pore will be tight.
• You can repeat this mask treatment for a couple of times per week.

Ive made similar mask, if you dont use enough milk/yogurt...it will totally leave you looking yellow :\. But you can always use an oil to remove it completly. And refrain from using plastic mixing bowls unless you dont mind scrubbing dishes. ;)
