The advantage of baking bacon in the oven: all of the grease drips out of the bacon and onto the pan, hence reducing greasiness, calories, fat and you will have crispier bacon. When baking bacon, the bacon evenly cooks and allows you to cook more then holds in a skillet! Lining the pan, makes cleanup a breeze!!!
