An Indian spicy chicken dish very much popular and much prepared occasionally.Its had a very rich and spicy taste in it ....very crunchy from outside and tender from inside.... Do give a try and you will love making it again and again...

Step 1: Ingredients
1. turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
2. coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
3. red chili powder- 1/2tsp
4.paprika- 1/2 tsp
5. tandoori masala powder- 1/2 tsp
6.cumin powder-1/2 tsp
7. garam masala-a pinch
8. lemon- 1/2 squeezed
9. egg- 1
10. corn starch- 1 tsp
11. yogurt- 1 1/2 tbsp
12. coriander leaves
13.green chilies- 1 -2
14. salt- 1 tsp or as per taste
15. oil for frying
16. chicken- 350- 400 grams boneless
17. ginger and garlic paste or shredded - 1 tsp
18. cumin seeds
Step 2: Method
Take a bowl and add in the chicken and all the dry ingredients along with lemon juice and egg.Meriante all well and Keep it aside
Now in a small bowl add yogurt , chopped fresh green chilies, fresh coriander leaves and salt. Mix this well and fry it in pan by adding in a tsp of oil and keep it aside ( this part of process is optional)
Now start frying the chicken for at least 4 to 5 minutes so that the chicken is nicely cooked and tender. take the chicken in serving dish. Pour the prepared yogurt mixture on it and mix well. Garnish it will coriander leaves .... and enjoy your starter....
