Introduction: Diy Water Bottle Bird Bath

About: Hi, i like crafts, baking, coding and origami!

If your bird loves water, it'll loooooooove this bird bath!

Step 1: Materials

For this project you will need a large water bottle(it depends on how big your bird is, my bird is a green checked conure, so i used a bottle that was about a half gallon) Some duck tape, and scissors.

Step 2: Peeling

Now peel the sticker off of your bottle, if it doesn't have one, then leave it.

Step 3:

Screw off the cap of the bottle, then take the scissors and poke four tiny holes in it. Then cut the top halve of the bottle off , but don't throw it away.

Step 4: Cutting

Get the scissors and cut a large rectangle out of the front, facing away from the sticky residue from the sticker. Again, the size of the rectangle depends on the size of your bird.

Step 5: Taping

Now get the duck tape and ripe a piece off, then stick it on the bottom of the rectangle you cut in the bottle earlier, so it acts like padding for your birds feet. Repeat that an all sides of the rectangle, use the pictures for help.

Step 6: More Taping

Now screw the cap onto the top halve of the bottle and tape it to the other halve upside down.

Step 7: Try It Out

Now just add water to the top and see if your bird likes it !
