Step 1: Description

LewanSoul-WoodenArm is a wooden robotic arm with powerful performance based on Arduino Nano board. The mechanical structure of the entire robotic arm is made of pure wood. Its appearance is exquisite and compact, and its structural stability is strong. The main control chip it used is the Arduino Nano board. The output is the LFD-01 servo, which can connect multiple modules at the same time. A variety of interesting games can be created based on different sensor modules.

Step 2: Getting to Know the Parts

This cute WoodenArm has various electronic modules: Acceleration module ADXL-345, Color module APDS-9960, Rotary knob module, LED Display screen, LDF-01 servo.

Besides, based on the Arduino Nano control board, we have developed our own Arduino expansion board in order to have more functional modules, and then using WoodenArm to realize more creativity, better learning programming and experience in the process, bring us happiness. Step 3: Body Assembly_1

Required materials:

  • Screwdriver*1
  • Screws* several

You need to install a part of the body as shown in the picture. It is only necessary to fix the small blocks with screws, and then use screws and servos to fix them together. Step 4: Body Assembly_2

Step 7: Chassis Assembly

There are many metal cars on the market, including our own products. However, with the changes of the times, we have been thinking about how to integrate with the times and echo the themes advocated by the contemporary era. Driven by this idea, we designed the WoodenArm, a wooden car. The car's shell is made of wood, so this shows the theme of environmental protection. In our installation package, the wood used on the base and arm of the trolley is a set, and after perfect cutting, all the components can come in handy thanks to the zero waste after installation. The Arduino Nano control board on the car and our own Arduino expansion board have also made the car more powerful in terms of functionality and more inspiring user creativity. We support all creative ideas. In addition, the appearance of the retro, lightweight, the material does not hurt the hand, easy installation, powerful features make this product unique.

Step 10: Gameplay & Final Remarks

You can use the computer or infrared remote controller to control the Wooden Arm.
