This is a really fast and easy to do Italian appetizer. Perfect like last minute appetizer (just keep some fillo dough in the freezer).
You can make them with all the regular pizza taste: margherita, 4 cheeses, cherry tomatoes and basil...
You can also put them on a stick!

Step 1: INGREDIENTES
-fillo dough, a "ready to use" kind;
-plain tomato sauce;
-extra virgin olive oil;
-any addictional ingredients as desired (I used olives).
Step 2: CUT THE DOUGH
Unroll the dough and cut it in small circle with a glass.
Place them in a pan, little apart from each others.
Step 3: ADD TOMATOES SAUCE
Put some salt and one spoon of oil in the tomatoes sauce.
Put a tee spoon, or half tee spoon (depending on the size of yours pizzette) of the sauce on each mini pizza.
(In Italy we always make the sauce of the pizza plain, and we add ingredients just on top).
Step 4: ADD OTHER INGREDIENTS
Add some oregano, a little piece of cheese, and the other ingredients you want to use on top of each mini pizzas.
Step 5: BAKE
Bake them in preheated owen at 350/400 , for 10 minutes, or until the sides turn gold and the pizzette fluffy.
Step 6: READY!
They are also good to eat warm, but we usually serve them cold.
They are better to eat the same day you made them.
