Introduction: POP-a-pretzel

About: I am a Family and Consumer Science teacher at a school in Scranton, PA. My students create Instructables of the recipes we make in class.

If you love pops, then you'll love this!

Step 1: Get Your Ingredients/Supplies Ready

Ingredients:Nutrients:

-Strawberries -Strawberries:protein, sugars, magnesium, fatty acids

-Bananas -Bananas:potassium, calcium, protein, fatty acids

-Greek Yogurt -Greek Yogurt: protein, phosphorus, fatty scids

-Pretzel Rods -Pretzels:protein, carbohydrate, calcium, fatty acids

Supplies:

-Food processor

-Spoon/Scooper

-Cups

-Knife

-Cutting Board

Step 2: Cut Your Bananas

To cut your bananas you will need a knife and a cutting board. You should use about 2 or more bananas. Cut your bananas in small slices (Don't make them to big or to small).

Step 3: Cut Your Strawberries

For this step you will need the the same supplies as the last step, but you will need to use about 10 or more strawberries, only if you want even flavors between the bananas and strawberries.

Step 4: Finish Cutting

This is what your strawberries and bananas should look like when finished cutting.

Step 5: Put Fruit in Processor

Once cut put fruit in the food processor and blend it on low.

Step 6: Adding Yogurt

After fruit is blended add 2 containers of yogurt into the blended fruit and then blend some more. ;)

Step 7: Add Mixture Into Cups

Once fully blended, take a scooper or spoon and scoop the mixture into the cups.

Then add pretzels into the mixture and put them in the freezer over night.

Step 8: Put Under Water

Run under water so the pops will come out of the cup smoothly.

Step 9: Finished!

Now once there finished you can enjoy your pops.
