List of materials needed :
Water Can
Plastic trays
Pots
Jiffy pots
Plastic seeder
Seed potting mix
Labels (markers) and proper pen.
Small garden shovel
Step 2: Grow Table or Stand Set Up
Buy fluorescent grow lights or LED Grow lights.
Use any table as seedlings table.
Hang your lamps with chains.
Step 3: Grow Light Timer and Germination Methods.
Use a light timer to control the photoperiod duration.
You can install your trays under light over a woodworker's bench too !
For improving germination rate of seeds :
- Cold stratification
- Scarification (scratching the seed coat)
- Sooaking.
