Introduction: Swag Taco Dips

About: I am a Family and Consumer Science teacher at a school in Scranton, PA. My students create Instructables of the recipes we make in class.
We chose this dish because we wanted to have a healthy alternative to one of our favorite foods: tacos. We figured that if we put a healthy spin on it, and it tasted good, it we be a great alternative to tacos, so we tried it.

Step 1: Equipment You'll Need

1) Bowl

2) Knife

3) Cutting Board

4) 1 Tomato

5) 1 head of Lettuce

6) 1 Bunch of Green onions

7) 1 Bell Green pepper

8) Taco seasoning

9) Cream Cheese

10) Sour Cream

11) Cheese

12) 1 Jar of Salsa

Step 2: Nutrients in It

1) Carbohydrates

2) Fat

3) Protein

4) Vitamins

5) Minerals

6) Water

Step 3: The First Few Layers

Mix the sour cream, cream cheese, and taco seasoning. This is the first layer. Next, begin to cut up your vegetables and cheese.

Step 4: The Final Touches

Once you've cut all of your vegetables and cheese up, begin making layers with these on top of the prior mix. Begin with the tomatoes, peppers, lettuce, onions, salsa, and then cheese, once you've done this, you can cut up large pieces of lettuce to use as chips. You are now done.

Step 5: The First Layers

First, blend the taco seasoning, cream cheese, and sour cream. This is the first layer. Next you're going to use the knife and cutting board. Begin to cut you're peppers, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese.
