Introduction: The Paradise Project

Needing to have a mini getaway moment during the heat of summer? Well look no further than The Paradise Project! The Paradise Project contains all the exotic flavors needed for a mini getaway in just a glass! In the special treat, The Paradise Project contains a mixture of mango and passion fruit juice with mango-orange fruit caviar pearls and iced coconut milk on the top. This is the perfect drink to have on a hot summer day or even when its your day off!

Step 1: Gather Your Supplies

To make the Paradise Project you will need:

  • Liquid Coconut Milk
  • A Yummy Nummies Sushi Surprise
  • Ceres Passion Fruit Juice
  • Ceres Mango Juice
  • A normal drinking glass
  • 3 Short Glasses
  • A Measuring Pitcher
  • Ice Cubes

Optional:

  • 1 Tahitian Vanilla Bean

If you are wondering what "Liquid Coconut Milk" is, it is simply milk that you can drinking normally, pour into oatmeal, or on top of cereal. I would not recommend buying the can of coconut milk. You can use any Passion Fruit Juice and Mango Juice that is your preference but I would recommend using the Ceres brand because it has that strongest natural taste and works great with the coconut milk.

For an added tropical taste you can scrape and add 1 Tahitian Vanilla Bean to the coconut milk. You can find it at a Whole Foods.

Step 2: Make the Pearls

So first things first, we are going to make the pearls. Now it may sound really complicated but its not, trust me. Inside of the Yummy Nummies Sushi Surpise kit you will need to pull out the following:

  • Eggs Base (Red pouch)
  • Eggs (Green Pouch)
  • Green Spoon
  • Purple Measuring Spoon
  • Dropper
  • Mixing Tray
  • Instructions

After you have all of the above open the instructions to step 5. After measuring out the water in the tray dump the water from area #4 into one of the short glasses. Do the same thing with area #5 in a separate short glass. Make sure you remember which is which. Follow the rest of Step 5.

If you don't what the orange taste from the pearls and want a more tropical taste here is my little cheat sheet for you (Make sure you add the juice to the orange colored mixture NOT the clear):

  • 1 teaspoon of Mango Juice- Can't taste
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of Mango Juice - Slightly taste
  • 2 teaspoons of Mango Juice- Can taste a little more
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons of Mango Juice- Almost there
  • 3 teaspoons of Mango Juice- Perfect amount and can clearly taste it

After your done with step 5, move onto step 6. If you don't want the tiny mini pearls then here is how you can make the bigger. Take the little green spoon from the kit and take that size spoon full from the orange mixture. Carefully move that spoonful to the clear mixture, and you get a bigger pearl!

After your done making all the pearls you want drain them out of the clear liquid and place the into your normal drinking glass.

Step 3: Measure the Juice Layer

Your almost done! Now its time to make the juice layer. In your measuring pitcher you will need to measure out the following:

  • 2/3 of a cup of Mango Juice
  • 1/3 of a cup of Passion Fruit Juice

By the time you are doing measuring that out, the pitcher should be filled at the 1 cup mark. Gently pour the juice into the glass with the pearls.

If you are making a bigger batch of it remember to do 2 parts Mango Juice to 1 part Passion Fruit Juice.

Got ahead and put this into a fridge to make it nice and cold.

Step 4: Measure the Coconut Milk Layer

Next lets make the Coconut Milk layer. Your going to take you Liquid Coconut Milk and measure in your measuring pitcher 1/2 cup. Then place it into the fridge.

Optional:

If you would like to add a more tropical taste to your Paradise Project then I would recommend scraping and adding 1 Tahitian Vanilla Bean to only this layer. You can find this bean at a Whole Foods.

Step 5: Putting It All Together

Now your going to take out your glass with the juice and pearls, the pitcher with the coconut milk, and about 1/4 cup of ice.

First add the ice to the glass with the juice and pearls. This with help keep the coconut milk on the top and make it look liking its floating.

Next very gently and carefully pour your coconut milk into the glass with the juice, pearls and ice. Beware that you should only do this AFTER you add the ice otherwise the coconut milk will begin to immediately separate if there is no ice.

Ta-Dah! You have now successfully made your own Paradise Project! Sit back, Relax and Enjoy! :)
