Glue gun and/or needle and thread
Anything ugly and/or Christmas related
A plain sweater

How to: It's super easy.  Rummage through old Christmas stuff, the back of your closet, and even Goodwill for random, wacky items.  Then glue or sew them to your sweater, and you're set!
