You can put a bit of LOCA on the glass and then cover it with saran wrap to help even it out. You don't need to remove the screen. That fix held up for me for months until I bent over a truck bed and broke it completely. I've used the LOCA glue repeatedly on many people's phones now and it works way better than the superglue unless you're missing big chuncks.

Awesome!I had one small branch pop up this year between the fences but otherwise, everything I killed with this method last year has completely died, even the full blown trees with 3-4 inch trunks.

I'm just following up on this almost year old post. This last spring, I applied the same weed killer extremely lightly to some weeds near the same variety of lilac bush. I didn't even soak the ground, just covered the leaves of the small weeds about 2ft from the bush which darkened the sandy soil the weeds were growing in but left a "shadow" where the spray was applied to the weeds. So, extremely light spray on a calm day. Almost completely killed the lilac outright.My guess is that the lilac bush that we were talking about grew to have direct contact with the roots of the mulberry because it grew just fine this year.

Poshmark and ebay have some killer deals. You just have to be patient. If you buy off season you can buy $200-400 shoes for $25-50 (or less) that were floor models or the last pair in a store. And, because they're high quality, they last forever!

But if they don't, I won't be mad. They've held up for years and I was able to learn a bit about high heel construction.

I would agree but you need to add wood in the area to do it, like another stud/shelf type thing. The drywall could definitely hold the weight of the bows, but you don't want to accidentally punch through the drywall to the other side of your finished basement.In fact, once I take apart a temporary table, I plan to use the 2x4s to do something just like that.

As you can see from the 4+ rolls of white ribbon, we also have that problem. If you take this design and add hooks to drop down from the header, you could hang tons of bags of bows or a bag of gift bags!

You know what, I didn't even think of the heat!The ones that I bought have fans on the back of them. You can hear them running if your car engine is off but the lights are on. So far, no damage. I would expect that if you buy the ones that I did, as long as they fit the h11, h8, h9, (I think that they have an h7 as well) it should work. Obviously, I can't promise that though.

I don't know what elfie glue is so I googled it. It's coming up as super glue, which is a cyanoacrylic (superglue). Not all glues are made the same or behave the same. You could get away with superglue for a short time but the issue is that it isn't flexible like shoe goo is. So, the larger the repair that you need to make, the more flexible you want it to be so that it can flex while you walk.This assumes a flat shoe, like what mine is. On a platform heel, you may be able to get away with superglue on the bottom most layer. So, I guess what I'm saying is that it depends on the show whether or not it will work. Either way, getting that glue on the leather will damage/harden it so be careful.

The most water comes from my central A/C unit. I also have a humidifier on my furnace, dehumidifier, water softener, and the occasional flood (until I fix my down spouts). It empties two to three times per day during the summer and maybe once per day during the winter.

That is true. However, I did notice that on one tree that was up against my foundation and right next to a lilac bush, the lilac bush looked a little rough for about two weeks. It has sprung back to life and even flowered, albeit, about a month later than the others next to it.

The dryer lint comment is spot on. I run a scout pack where I teach fire starting with the sparking magnesium fire starters. A kid brought lint that was from a load of synthetic blends (probably) and it just wouldn't light. The pour kid (7 or 8) was frustrated to tears because his sparks were great but he just couldn't get it lit because of the lint variety.

That's great to know about the crayons! We have little kids so crayon nubs are never in short supply. I had planned to do the next batch with them just as an experiment but I'll pass if they have too high of a melting point.

I will definitely make an edit. It smelled bad from time to time, more like burning bone than plastic, but my garage it well ventalated so I barely noticed it. I can use spray paint in my garage without much worry thanks to a great cross breeze.

Now that's thinking! An angle grinder would be perfect! How was the heat buildup? I noticed it would get bad with just a file. I think that led to some of the problems.
