Introduction: Sour Patch Kid Mikerita

I love sour patch kids, and margarittas........ sooooooo i thought why not combine the 2 into a nice drink. Careful this tastes like candy, but can put you down if not moderated.

Step 1:

ingredients

Too make sourpatch liquor

2 oz kinky blue , or other raspberry liquor

1 oz blue curacao

1 oz sour apple pucker

2 oz simple syrup

2 oz light rum, i used cruzan

2 oz sweet sour mix, or blue mix or sour apple mix, i think sweet sour is the best but all taste good

1 oz lemon juice

1 oz lime juice

Additional

citric acid

sugar

mikes hard margaritta

Step 2:

take all sour patch liquor ingrediants mix in shaker. I used a hand press juicer for lemons and lime. Add ice shake 15 sec.

wet rim of glass, mix 4 parts sugar to 1 part citric acid ( citric acid is found in the canning section at walmart). Coat rim with sugar mix.

Fill glass half way with sourpatch liquort or more depending on how strong you want it. top off with mikes hard margeritta. add stirr stick with sour patch candies. and enjoy
