Step 1: Make Paper Tubes by Placing Pen at One End , Roll Them and Apply Glue at the End to Secure It

Step 2: Place the Tubes in the Direction As Shown in the Tutorial

Step 3: Start Weaving As Instructed in the Tutorial

Step 4: Weave the Paper Tubes to the Desirable Height

Step 5: Holder Is Ready for Decoration
