This guide will show you how do i made the holster for my iPhone 6 as shown in picture.

Huge gap near the charging port intend to allow the lightning cable as well as the 3.5mm jack to be inserted.

It is my latest innovation placed near my charger at the same time my Siri to tell me time at night. iPhone 6 requires plug-in for voice command.

Step 1: Prepare the Acrylic Plate

The dimension varies according to the phone cover used. I am using a 10mm thick phone cover. The choice of acrylic plate used here is 4mm thick.

The plan drafted is intended for phone cover with thickness less than 10mm only. Be sure the width of the overall phone is less than 75mm.

I use a jig saw to cut off the redundant area.

An acrylic cutting knife was used to scratch a guiding line onto the acrylic. It serves as a pilot line for bending purpose later.

Step 2: Cutting of the Acrylic Plate Accordingly and Bending Into Shape

The protection paper will need to be peel off prior to the bending.

Opening at the bottom for charging port will be cut as shown.
