Judge Dredd Badge

Hi, this is a Carlos Esquerra style badge made of EV foam.

Step 1: Making the Base Object

The badge was made by building up layers of 2mm foam onto a base of 8mm foam. The glue used is Ados F2. The curve is made using a heat gun.

Step 2: Painting

The first coat is plastidip, followed by a base layer of metallic gold. Silver paint is used on the outside edges giving the appearance of wear, and weathering is done with black acrylic dabbed on and rubbed off leaving traces in the cavities.
