Step 1: Step 1

Start with the first page. Pay attention to the numbers in the bottom right corner of each page

fold vertically (hot dog style)

Step 3: Step 3

fold horizontally ( hamburger style)

Step 4: Step 4

fold again horizontally into quarters until all pages have a crease

Step 5: Step 5

I fold mine again all the same way but backwards

unfold and lay flat

Step 7: Step 7

Cut along the red solid line in the center of the two block in the center of the page vertically

Step 8: Step 8

fold vertically

Step 9: Step 9

Hold page 1 and page 2 together, words facing outward, and pg 14 and 13 together. push the middle pages together accordion apart into a diamond shape

Step 10: Step 10

finish folding so all pages are in numerical between pg 1 and 16

Step 11: Step 11

repeat steps 1-10 with the second sheet. when you finish folding page 2 they should be in order from page 5 to 12

Step 12: Step 12

once you have two booklets, insert the second booklet into the first booklet between pages 4 and 13.

staple the second booklet into the first along the spine

read your and place into your wallet

repeat all steps to continue to create your pocket book of "The Bill of Rights"
