Step 1: Making It

Put on the bands in the middle row till the end . Now twist one type of rubber band and put it over the other one do this till the end. Now keep doing this but don't twist the second row . Do this five times . Now your almost done!

Step 2: Finishing

Now stick your hook through all the ones at the top and pull a rubber band through them now you can put the c clip on and pull it off
