Introduction: Tiny Beaded Crown ¦ the Corner of Craft

About: I like to make and bake things! I upload a new video every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday on my YouTube channel. My favourite mediums are crochet, beadweaving and macramé. I do also love tea and cupcakes, althou…

I made this tiny seed bead crown a few weeks ago when Queen Elizabeth II became the longest reigning British monarch! Being a Brit, I felt the need to commemorate this special occasion, so came up with this little beaded crown, that can either be used just as decoration but will also work as a really cute ring. It's just an excuse to make a tiny hat really :D

Step 1: How to Make

Making the crown is relatively simple. It uses a bead weaving technique called Netting, which is very straight-forward, just requires a bit of counting to start with!

I used size 8 Czech glass seed beads, but I think other sizes would work too. I also used a size 10 beading needle and some Nymo beading thread.

It's really redundant me trying to explain how to make it in words, so just follow the video and you'll be well away!
