Introduction: Jacob's Ladder Toy

Jacob's Ladder toy, I played with this toy as kid and was fun... I was looking for this for sometime for by son , It is no longer available for buying. So one of items we played as kid is now lost. Thought to revive this and make one.

In this instructable I will share how to reused old visiting cards to make one

Step 1: What Do We Need ?

Materials

  • Old visiting cards
  • Ribbon
  • Scissors
  • Glue stick

Tips : Use glue stick as it dries faster

Step 2: Ribbons

  • Measure the lenght of the card
  • And cut 2 to 3 cm extra
  • Cut in multiples of 3

Step 3: Prepare

  • Stick 2 ribbons on one end and 1 on another
  • Use glue stick not pva glue glue

Step 4: Assemble Subset

  • As shown make multiple subsets
  • I made 5 subsets

Step 5: Final Assemble

  • Now stick the back side as shown in 3d model
  • Add a holder and a blank cards at the end
  • Play!!
