K'NEX Highpower Rifle
This has a lot more power then a standard block trigger. It gets that power by having track the bullet travel's on instead of the normal way of having a lot of connector's on a rod.

The connectors on a rod bend more easily and that decreases the power ALOT!, Because if you have the barrel bending 1/100 of a degree the barrel will not line up and the bullet will hit every single little bump. This causes for a dramatic loss of power.

By utilizing track in the right way you can give a gun power because the track basically just guides the bullet and descent give it a lot of friction. Because of that the bullet is able to get alot of power and range(You have to take in to account, the mass of the projective). Also the track calls for different and cooler bullet types.

Step 1: The Barrel

The biggest and most important part of the gun, it also uses the most pieces. If you can't build the barrel don't even bother building the attachments.

It is a little changed since the original, but it is still has one basic design.

Step 2: Barrel Part 2

These are reinforcements of the barrel. Without them the barrel would still bend from side to side. This also makes a track on the outside that the deer slug will ride on. This also creates a bottom that almost all the new features connect on.

Step 3: Bayonet

Made to look like a knife. It is the best I could do that would fit and work in the spot it was put in.

Step 4: Front Grip

Made for maximum comfort. Good grip. I kinda stole it from the scar 11.01 but I am sure that the_burrito_master wont care! ;)

Step 5: Ammo Holder

Ammo holder: One of the things on here is not seen anywere else(correct me if i am wrong, also it is different then a mag). Holds six of my deer slugs. This is not required but reccommeded.

Step 6: Mechanism

This makes the gun the way it is. Most inportant part there is. It works by having the hammer and the trigger progressively turn the cog wheel. Do not get this wrong!!!!

Step 7: Handle

The part inside of the handle is really important. Do not, I repeat do not replace the green connector with a different connector, it will make the trigger hard to pull. A white rod on the trigger rests on the green connector in the cocked position. This places the other white rod on the end of the cog wheel making the trigger easy to pull.

Step 8: Butt

Butt: Made for max comfort. Not hard to make.

It is 3 layers thick. Make the layers and then connect them in the places shown with white rods.

Step 9: Connecting the Parts!

Connect the parts using the pictures.

Step 10: Adding the Rubberbands

Add the rubberbands in the spots shown.

Step 11: How to Load

Pull rubber bands back on to cog wheel. Pull ammo off of the ammo holder. Pull back the hammer and pull trigger. I am not liable for anything you brake or harm using this gun. Have Fun. don't for get to rate!

    well, why don't you tell me how to improve it?

    saying things like that does not help anyone out, just makes you look stupid for not trying to address the problem you self.

    i am sure this is not the worst gun you have ever seen. what about this one?.

    this gun was not flimsy, i beefed up the barrel to make it not flimsy

    2.it has very bad accuracy

    depends how far away the object is and what your aiming at. anyway, this is a rifle, not a sniper, it's not made for accuracy.

    the butts flimsy not the barrel i shot it from 3 feet away and it shot up! and the reason i didn't fix it myself because i ran out of little gren rods!!!!!!!!!!!

    does the barrel of the gun have 2 be as long as it is in step 1, or can i make it shorter? (i dont have enough yellow connectors)

    Yes you can, you could make it 4 connections shorter and just remove the bayonet from the top. But the longer the gun is, the more powerfull it will be.

    2X to 4X cheaper. If you buy that individual pieces on ebay, it still cheaper, but the big lots of knex are really cheap(Most of the time).

    The pictures dont really make much sense... Could you add cross sections cuz i cant see the backs...

    for the first piece, the back is the same as the front, and a white connecter in in the middle. the white rods area coming off of the white in the middle. all the other pieces have a back thats the same as the front.
