Step 1: Platform
First you need to make a platform.
I doubled it to make it more rigid.
Step 2: Holder for the Thrower

Step 5: Barrel for Tensioning
Install the Barrel for tension.
We tie a rope and cut off excess
Step 6: Wheels
Install wheels for movement
Step 7: Fire!!!!!
