A video Camera for RC planes. You could do SO much with this.... Answered

FlyCamOne2

This Camera is designed to be attached to RC planes to record flight. When I saw this on BoingBoing, and read:

''This 1 oz. video camera, meant for R/C planes, could be used for a number of fun projects.''

And I couldn't agree More....

Why not use a wireless camera instead. They are much lighter and you can watch what the camera is seeing on the ground in realtime. look at what this guy did.

if I wanted to (and had the time) I could make one the size of a dime that could work of a watch battery... I might do something similar in the summer and sell its for it...

1) What is it with you and dimes??? 2) Selling its? 3) If you made a kit, I would totally buy one.

1) its the smallest us currency and is better than a penny. A penny is kinda like a rusty piece of metal, but a dime is special. 2) kits, I'm typing on my iPod. 3) we'll see, if my CnC machine works ( I'm honestly going to get it done someday) then I'm going to make custom PCB and electronic kits.

Could anyone help me with this? I really don't understand it...

For video and audio-recordings, FlyCamOne2 requires a minimum sustained write speed of 9 megabytes (MB) per second and a read speed of 10MB per second (not included).
