An interesting clock Answered

Hello!

I need a scheme for a fading clock. Please, has any body made something like this? 
The idea - based on the fadenes on each number you can tell what time is it. 
The GIF is very basic.

You can probably manage that with LEDs.

Well.... that was the idea to use LEDs.
But the problem starts with the scheme...

I had no idea that it had a name 'Cylon'.
I will look into it,i hope the clock idea will be posible.

(The Cylons in the original Battlestar Galactica had a red LED scanner in their helmets.)
