0The MadScientist 8 years ago Yes. I've tried it before at twelve volts, but i didn't take it any higher with fear of frying my expensive IRFP460's. You can run a ZVS driver with IRF540's at 12V and even at 24V for a bit (they blew up on me).

Yes, they'll work, but you'll need to heatsink them well.
