Christmas card list help. Need something unique & cheap to make. Answered

I am looking for a holiday card idea for a mom group I am a part of.  .  I would like to send something in the mail funny but easy to assemble.   Gnomes, forks, colanders and garlic need to be included somehow.  We all met on Neopets and now are on Facebook.  I do NOT have a color printer.

Wanted to make something from stuff lying around the home if possible.

This has to be one of the more intriguing assortment of items I've heard about, soooo I had a go at taking a photo and photoshopping it a bit.  It's far from perfect, but I figure it might be good enough to trace or edit or use as some sort of template.  You could turn it into a coloring book card and trace the outline of the picture as the front of the card.  You could do a felt card by layering pieces together which would be adorable although quite a lot of work.  You could do a rough watercolor painting.  You could do a pop-up card.  You could velcro a little gnome ornament to the inside of a card.  I'm not sure how much effort you want to put into it.

With such detailed requirements, i think you're going to have to design your own pop-up card (there are several projects on the site you can use as inspiration, and many more via google).

Create a B&W outline template, then colour it by hand.
