Embed Instructable videos on internet foruns Answered

Hi there!

Being a huge fan of instructables.com and also the administrator of internet forum about Mercedes-Benz trasnsformed vans, I would like to know if it is possible to have a way to post the videos available for blogs and sites also on foruns. I tried it with BBcode but being not very used to programing gave no luck.
I've checked with the support team of the forum and they mentioned "BBCode/HTML replacement" that is not available, If it would be, embeding would be easy...

What do you have to say about this?
