Found this behind my tv stand and know nothing about tools! Help identify! Answered

Title says it all. I found this behind my tv stand and have no clue what it is. It's a long metal stick that is slightly bent long ways and has a blue handle and a hook on the end. All it has is a logo that says 'RPI' Did a Google search and nothing. So I want to see if any of you can identify for me. I have no knowledge of tools, so forgive me if this seems silly. I want to know if I can put it to use for anything in the future.

Looks like a very long shoe horn so you can slip your shoes on while standing and you don't have to bend over. You slip your toe in your shoe, then slip the shoe horn behind your heel and the groove allows you to slip your foot into the shoe without having to hold the back of the shoe to hold it open.

I think the blue loop on one end is just for hanging it up.

This looks like the one you have https://www.activeforever.com/kinsman-stainless-steel-shoehorn-18-24-36-inch

My grandfather had two of these as they make it very easy to get into shoes and slippers if you have troubles bending down far enough.
Keep it at hand - you never know when you need one that long!
Getting hard to find in shops these days.
