How can I convert wireless X10 Cameras to accept power and send signals over Cat5 Cables? Answered

I have a bunche of wireless X10 cameras on Ninja (pan/tilt) mounts around my house.  The wireless signal isn't strong enough for my X10 receiver, and the power supplies are short-plugged.

What would it take to convert the wireless to signal to wired (on both ends) and how can I push the power over Cat5 cables to extend the length of the power cords?
