How can i host a html enabled chat server on windows, custom help. Answered

i am trying to run a html in browser chat server, and i am trying to host it on my windows 7 desktop.
Can someone please help me setup, the chat server step by step. I have allready googled how to set it up but i couldnt understand any of them, so i literally need a step by step tutorial please. All help is appreciated. Thx
