It has refreshed now, but you can see the "Today Views" under "STATS" of any Instructable. I'm not sure what caused the lag, but I thought it might be worth mentioning.
So I've done some chatting with the Dev team. It turns out that while your "views" is updated pretty constantly, that number gets cached and waits about 30 minutes until it applies to the "daily views" and "total views". Also, you checking your own instructable doesn't increase the views, so if that's what you were looking for, it won't happen.
That wasn't what I was talking about. My "Today Views" continued to record and increase from Saturday night till Monday night on my Instructables. For instance, I had more than 8,000 views on my "Create a Perfectly Black Background in Photography" Instructable recorded in "Today Views". The 8,000+ views were the views starting sometime on Saturday and ending sometime on Monday. I know this because I was shamelessly checking the views constantly for the past few days. The same thing was happening on my other Instructables as well.
I had asked about this before, Angry. I think it happens on week ends and holidays where a minimal staff is on hand...I know when I was working, our IT department did not keep up with updating on weekends...just a proposed cause to the effect you are seeing. would be interesting to see staff reply. On an instructable, so long as your logged in, the "views" count should be fairly instantaneous on updates.
On your member page the "Total Views" and all of the other stats on your card, should be updated daily.
Were can I find the "Today Views" so I can check on that number for you?

Hopefully that helps make sense of things.

Haven't been on the whole past day but published views haven't either.
