Newsletters arriving daily rather than weekly Answered

I recently (a couple of weeks ago or so) opted to receive the Instructables newsletter on a weekly basis rather than every day. Unfortunately, I'm still receiving daily copies, despite my email settings being set to weekly (which I double-checked).

Any ideas?

Thanks for letting us know that this has been happening.

Would you send an email to service@instructables.com, and note what email address you've been receiving these newsletters at? If you could even forward a couple of these newsletters on to that service email (or just send screen grabs of them) that would also be very helpful. That way our engineers will be better able to sort out what's going on and solve the issue. Thank you!
