No uploaded pictures show up in the library Answered

Update:
I just tried to upload the same photo with my friend's account and everything worked just fine.
Now I'm certain that there is something wrong with my account.  Can any Admin here check my account out?
I have backed up all the Draft instructable and photos so feel free to cancel or delete them if that's necessary to make my account work.

Thank!!!!

Ps:  Here is what I think the problem is. The first time I uploaded photo (while writing an instructable), I either uploaded too many photo (although was just around 10), or I didn't wait long enough after the uploaded for the system to show the "complete" message (I however did wait until all the uploaded bar ran till 100%) before I processed to check the photos up in my library.  Not sure if this is a bug or just I run too fast and confused the instructable Robot :p

Hi, I was able to upload a few .jpg picture by both new and old uploader, but when ever I open up image library, the loading circle just keep rolling and rolling.  I waited 2 days just in case the server need time to process and tried both chrome IE, and clear cookies on both, still no luck. Anyhing else I should try or I missed?

Thanks,

I'm using Windows7 x86 system with x86 version of the browsers.
However I have both version of flash installed.

When you uploaded the pictures, did 'complete' appear under each image? If yes, try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the picture library page.

How large were the pictures? Usually .jpg 5 megs and under should be fine.

yup for all the time, but I'm not sure about the first time I upload. I only remember they all have 100% after them.

Its in the range of 1mb~3mb. Never over.

Try logging out, clearing your browser cache, refreshing the page then logging back in. Then try uploading just a few pictures at a time. Did that work?

Can you please make a new Draft Instructable where you attempted to load and include new pictures where you tried the steps I described? Then, privately PM or email me the URL of your Draft so I can take a look?

I works! Well, partially.
Now I can created instructable, upload photo( in both editor and upload page), and see/use the photo I newly uploaded in editor (not the upload page.) Only when I go to the upload page and try to open my library, the loading sign start running forever. One thing I do notice is when I'm in my editor's library(which shows all the newly uploaded image), I can see the tags of the photos I uploaded before, although when I try to open it, it shows nothing. Most likely those old incomplete uploaded photos got stock in the system which cause the upload page's library to load forever.

Here is the link:

Thanks a lot!

btw: is there a way to clean all the images I uploaded at once? Can't delete them one by one since the broken ones won't shows up.

It's not a great solution, but I find the site works best in Firefox. Does it work there?

Can you see the images in your library when you are editing an Instructable?

Just tried Firefox, still the same result. I start to think there is something wrong with my account in the instructables system instead on my side :(

Nope, same loading icon in the place where picture should be.
