PDF uploaded in poor quality Answered

I just added a pdf to my instrcuctable, but when I went to view it after I published it the pages were rotated and the quality very poor.  I uploaded the same pdf to Google Drive and provided a link, and if you use that link the quality is fine and it is not rotated.  Any suggestions?

You could Try compressing the file "right click on it and compress" and it will become a zip file then upload it.

It is just another bug...

Quite hard if you want to use the Instructables systems when it has it's own mind.

I assume the PDF you upload is actually not stored as it is but converted to a lower resolution and maybe even messed up in the process.

Could be that the PDF is stored correctly but the system uses a bad implementation of PDF to display it.

Set the security settings for your PDF so it can't be changed or edited without password and upload again.
It it stays the same you know the PDF system here is messed up, if it displays correctly you know Instructables is converting your PDF before storing it - the password would prevent this.
