Strange Looking Component Answered

Hi everyone, I was canabalizing a old RV power converter because it had died and found some strange components in it. I've seen these before in other power supplies. The component in question is the blue one in the centerof the picture. Please tell me what it is. ~Thanks~

Haha yeah, I just wanted to point it out in my own way. So have you found out what the component is yet?

It's a bit fuzzy, so I can't read the imprinted info.

If you don't think it's a capacitor (the color wouldn't matter), there's a good chance it's an MOV. These are often integrated into power supplies to shunt away transient spikes.
