any good free movie editing programes ? Answered

I want to have adobe after effects or final cut studios for free to run on my mac but I can't find anything good.

You won't find anything good - "you pay peanuts, you get monkeys".

The reason being that they are expensive software, and they discourage people 'using it for free'...
