i entered stuf on a stick contest and i got a email saying it was accepted but its not there Answered

Because that message is automatically generated when you hit the submit-to-contest button. The I'ble itself is then reviewed by the human moderator of the contest to determine whether or not it meets the contest criteria. Since yours does not, it was rejected.

no thats the 2nd email the first says we have received you submission and will tell you in 48 hours if your submission is accepted

Yes, and you managed to slip it past one person, but there's more then one person that looks over a contest. The person moderating a contest gets the last say. In this case, your submission was entered into the contest, but was later seen and rejected by the moderator. Occasionally things slip through the cracks, which is why there's several people here always looking at things.
