Hang around the local dump and hope to find old bikes, utility wagons and other wheeled devices that you can scavenge for parts. What you can make and how to go about it will depend heavily on what parts you have available. Having access to power tools and welders would greatly improve your odds of success.

I'm constantly looking for bikes, vehicles, stuff that goes because i LOVE!!! building stuff that drives. does that help? oh and I don't have access to a welder.
