Talk to a professional. I don't think gold and silver mining is something that many people have direct experience with any more. Also, out of curiosity what is the other 10%?

Take them both to your smelter and let them do the separation.

If the amounts are significant then a commercial concern will be willing to contract the work for you.
The process uses chemical extraction to remove the silver and then precipitate the gold out - Its messy, highly toxic and dangerous.
How do you know the minerals are in these %? have you had the ore assayed?

I am not too impressed with your research so far as the link above is the first one from a Google search. As you can see it is complicated - If your looking for a dirt cheap and simple way to do this there isn't one.
Then again any significant levels of gold may make commercial exploitation worth while.

Efficiently? No clue. But chemically, you can dissolve the silver in acid, scoop out the gold, then precipitate the silver.
