Getting money Answered

So, I am 15 and I live in Colorado. Recently something has caught my eye that I want to buy. Problem is that is costs $550. Does anyone have any ways to get money at my age? I have submitted some job applications already but there is really only two places that I can walk to. I went around and de-iced some gutters and got about $60 from that, but that is a one time thing. Anyone got any more ideas?

Buy stuff at yardsales and re-sell on eBay. Offer to haul of scrap metal and then sell at a recycler. Totally crapped out cars (wrecked, burned, etc.)are going for like $300 bucks where I live.

And of course there were loads of Safeways.... The people that work there always ask us if they can help us. If I am sitting on the stack of toilet paper they obvioulsy cannot help me!!!

Ugh. Safeway. I don't like it. Always smells like chinese food. Usually it's Roseaurs but most of the time it is Wrays.

Yeah it does... Usually we go to Safeway because that's the best grocery store around here... Except for the annoying workers....

I realize this'll only work once or twice a year, but if your school sells candy, fudge, or magazines to make money, buy everybodies merchandise. This can gets them prizes for selling enough, so people will buy. If you get a lot, sell some for a prize (to sell of course XD) and sell the rest later in the year for way more. I plan to do this next year and damn, I expect a huge haul.

Sell drugs. Preferably mushrooms because they aren't bad for you. Be sure and wait till the last minute to bag them up, because "intent to sell" is the only illegal part; possessing them and growing them for yourself "as a science project" is perfectly fine... i think. Just kidding man, don't sell drugs. You'll turn into a horrible person.

Hi i make on average £60/$120 a week here's how... i go to a private school, and the kids here are generally idiots with too much money. near me there is a pound shop (which is the same thing as a dollar store) so i go to the pound store and buy sweets/candy in big boxes then take them to school and sell at morning and lunch breaks when all the kids are walking around with money, the great part is you can sell the candy for normal shop prices but still make 150-200% profit because the candy was so cheap in the first place. Every weekend i go to the store get the candy (different candy each time works well), I get enough to sell at school all week without running out (depends on size of school) and then take it to school bit by bit, not all at once or you might get beaten up for it :( and then sell it throughout the week. on an average week i make around £60 or $120 (£12 / $24 per day) And it only takes about 5 min of each break! The amount you make depend on how many people want to buy but after a couple of days the word will spread and you will have more than enough customers

I'd use it to film a lot of things. So, maybe a couple of times a week. I've always wanted to have one, but they are so darn expensive!

That's something you could make money on metacafe from. Especially if you have some sort of a gun (airs soft could work). People love watching things explode in slo-mo

Yea, I've got some airsoft and paintball guns. I've always wondered what a paintball shot into a water balloon looks like (although a water balloon is the most common high-speed footage) . Every Fourth of July I could film my friend's homemade explosives. There is a ton of other cool things that come to mind.

lol ive had that same problem... and my solutions: for at school make bunches of cool little things and put them on your backpack/use them or whatever. get peoples curiosity and start charging! or, near my house there was a soda machine that only cost 25 cents!!! so i bought 40 sodas and sold them each for a dollar. if there are and local sport clubs that hold tournaments or anything ask them if you can set up a stand and sell bananas Gatorade and stuff similar. i do this at the local rugby tournament, i buy from costco and up the prices by atleast 5 times(3 dollars per banana, 5 per Gatorade) i profit at least 300 dollar every time(i am the only vendor there other then the beer both lol) bootleg movies and sell them do the same with gimp, burn it to a Cd and sell it as a offbrand photoshop. you wuill be surprised by the amount of people who think they would be able to use photo shop if they had it. download limewire and offer to download ipod compatible songs for 50 cents each hope this help, by the way, what are you saving up for?

I have done stuff like that before. One time in class we needed to have book covers for a grade. I bought them and sold them to kids who forgot for insane prices and made about $90. Also one time we needed a picture of ourselves, so I brought a Polaroid camera and made a ton of money too.

make up stuff and sell to your friends, for example, once I get my cnc machine up i'll be selling cheap custom circuit boards to people. Now if it wasn't for that darn english homework I could be working on that right now.

Try being an errand boy, sorry, local courier - take parcels and letters around the local community, collect shopping for people, deliver orders for local businesses.

Are you any good with your hands? There is a company operating in this area called "Rent a Hubby" - they do the little jobs that husbands traditionally do, like unblocking drains, changing bulbs, putting up shelves or cutting the dog's nails. The target market is single women with full-time jobs, or retired people who simply can't manage to get up the ladder any more, and can't afford a "proper" plumber's call-out fee for a job that only takes five minutes.

How quickly do you want it? I don't know how big the lawn-care business is in CO, but if you can wait until spring/summer, mowing lawns is always an option. I got $200 from a family friend who left for the entire summer and hired me to take care of the house. Again, if you can wait until summer, you could check around for summer camps to help out at. I ended up with $150 for two weeks at a day camp. Anything valuable you could sell on eBay? You seem to be an intelligent person. Like Gorrilaz and H4x0r said, make stuff!

Cafepress.com You can make a free store, upload your design, and people can buy tshirts and such with your design on it. You mark up the price about $2.00, and every item someone buys, you get the markup price.
