How to wire up same lights with 3 different switches? Answered

It might sound weird, but I have a van with 3 different doors, 2 x sliding ones & rear barn ones.... So what Id like to do is install some super bright LED lights on the inside roof, but have a separate switch available at each entry door if that makes sense? I know you can have a 2-way hallway switch with domestic lights, but not sure how a 3 way install would be made?
