Protocol Regarding Help Requests Here Answered

Hi all,

I have a problem (submission probably caught in the filters) and piggy-backed on a topic submitted a few days ago.  If one has a problem similar to that someone else has, is it better to piggy-back as mentioned, or should one submit a new topic?

So, with a question like yours, it's definitely best to start a new thread instead of posting a reply in an existing thread, like you did.

And it's not a great idea, and unnecessary, to post ones email address in the forum. Questions asked here will get answered here, and we have a private message system in place. It's safer.

That said, please do post a thread of your own and I hope someone can help you!

Either way is fine. A new topic will go to the top of the forum board and if you comment on a forum that will also cause it to go to the top of the forum board.
