Question about publishing an IBLE Answered

Because I may be getting a MAKE store front soon at Make Mag's on line site, the device I wish to sell there I WAS going to publish as an instructable (it is still not ready, I have only bread boarded the prototype). Does ANYONE see a problem with me doing both? Or do you think it might hurt my sales to publish here?

All opinions welcome. Thanks ahead of time !

UPDATE !

It is now official: the folks at Make have not only given me their blessing in publishing my BOX here, but have said it would be a GREAT thing for me to do. Thanks guys and gals !

ssshhh, don't tell anyone, but this is what will become an ELF detector (extremely low frequency).

Sounds awesome..... I'm planning to kill some elves with my newly acquired Darkness Sword of Axeroth, maybe that little elf detector can be of some use =P

BTW: the reason for the detector is that the Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) ones are impossible to see. ;-)

Aye, thine Dark Sword enables thine to see mystical creatures, even elves.

you say thine but the only sword I have is the Viking Gram. In essence, you meant to use the word mine and not thine I assume. ;-)

Hey, I just bagged yet another elf. I think his name was Gary Coleman? Here, you can kill it.

Aww, you're no fun. Besides, we have the hob-goblins for those kinds of jobs.

I just don't like killing anything unless necessary :-)

I thought Gary Coleman from some of the stories I've been told about his temper WAS a very short hob-goblin :-)

Nah, he's an elf. He's too strong to be a hob-goblin, he owned Chuck Norris in Lethal Weapon 2.

Yeah. He grabbed Chuck's roundhouse and bored him to death by singing a Disney song while using Chuck's foot as a mike.

Bored him to death? Aw heck, I could do that ;-)

All of us can do that, but Gary Coleman can do it in 0.00000007 seconds =P

I don't know, I have seen people's eyes roll back in their heads as soon as I open my mouth (especially if I start in on the improbabilities of interstellar or time travel (one of my best subjects to use is irreversible crystalline plasticity ;-)

or the fact that thoughts theoretically don't exist...STOP!, don't try too think that one out....

They exist as electrical impulses, fairly well defined too, compared the the on/off state of a computer ;-)

Reply 9 years ago

ahh yes but thoughts don't exist in the physical sense when thought of as thoughts....(yes that made no sense at all)

Reply 9 years ago

They do exist as an electrochemical action (just as light exists as both a photon and in the state of energy). ;-) The other problem is that, most thoughts are the reality of the one thinking them; whether they be manifested or not.

*chuckle* how can you have a thought if it didn't exist ?

Ok, I will drop this before I irritate you further :-)

Seriously? Wow. Wow. My respect for you goes up by 45%.

Gary Coleman hates you because you make yourself sound greater than him. He's itching for a fight. C'mon, don't be a stiff, fight him *hands over crescent wrench and baseball bat* =P

Time, and experience.....observe the world and you soon get a handle on how things work (and don't work). And if you don't stop learning just because you no longer go to a school ; all the better. ;-) I do, after all, have a 30+ year head start on you there :-)

And if you don't stop learning just because you no longer go to a school ; all the better

Lol, did you read my forum topic on me being expelled at school? =P Indonesian teachers are screwed up in the head, they're so dang depressed because of their oh-so-low paychecks (they get like 30 bucks a month, seriously, no joke)
