[Silly Question] Looking for letter endings for hackers and electronics enthusiasts. Answered

I need suggestions for letter endings that are appropriate to the tech/programming/hacker world for emails. Something like "Peace and Prototypes" but much less cheesy. Also, do these things have a name other than letter endings?

These are known as signature blocks. Many mail programs can automatically append one to the end of every e-mail. Some can be configured to randomly select from a set of them. Websearch "sig file collection" or "quote collection" to find some of the accumulated signatures people have used with these random quip tools.

Here's mine:

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I've watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser Gate. All these moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain.

If mouse traps work so well how come mice aren't an endangered species?

This by the way is an example of a silly question.

I've always known this as the "sign off", which is then followed by your name/signature. (The greeting at the opening of the letter is the salutation). Google "sign off".
