Hello my friends!

Today we show you how to craft COFFEE MACHINE FROM GLUE GUN HEATER.

Necessary ingredients are:

  • Cardboard
  • 2 Heaters From Glue Gun
  • Wires
  • Buttons
  • Containers
  • Air Pump
  • Switch
  • Transformer 220V to 9V
  • Engine
  • Plastic Tubes
  • Clamps
  • Isolator
  • Thermo Sensor 110°C
  • Contacts
  • Stickers
  • Sieve
  • Watering Can
  • Napkin
  • Electrical Plug
  • Drywall Tape
  • Insulating Tape
  • Metal Nipple
  • Coffee Grinder

First of all look the video instruction ->

Let's go!

Step 1: HEATER

It is necessary to pull out the heater from the gun glue.

Then you attach the temperature sensor.

Next, you need to cut the tubes and fix them with hose clamps.

Step 2: BOX

To assemble the box, you need to cut the cardboard to the size that I wrote in the video.

Next, we fix it with electrical tape and collect it.

Step 3: Slots

We used slots for gadgets.

The dimensions are described in the image.

Step 4: Container for Water Supply

We used a food container.

Make a hole and connect the air pump to the container.

Step 5: Container for Coffee

To serve coffee, we used a container for analysis, a 9-volt engine and a 220-volt transformer for 9 volts.

Step 6: Сonnection

Connect all to the network.

Step 7: Stand

You need to cut out the cardboard stand.

Next, use a sieve and watering can for coffee.

Step 8: Enjoy Fresh Coffee

I salute your ingenuity, but you should know that rubber garden hoses, glue gun heaters and most plastics are not rated food-safe, particularly when heated. Used soldering irons also have lead on their tips. Can you change your design to use food-safe parts instead?

Methods of brewing coffee, my Great Grand Fathers and your predecessor Cow Boy relatives were a lot easier and faster. I like your innovations and prototyping.

Very creative. Thanks for sharing. Might want to note that all items touching the water should be food safe (free of lead for example).
