Can you substitute Corn Starch for All-Purpose Flour in an Apple Pie Recipe?  I have all the ingredients but Flour, please let me know.

No don't substitute corn starch for normal flour. It isn't the same. Essentially it is a thickening agent.

I am assuming you don't mean corn meal or what we in the UK and Europe call Polenta

What part of the recipe are you replacing it in? Yes you can use corn starch as a thickening agent in the filling. No it won't make a suitable dough for the crust.
